These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RealAxis mobile application and related services (collectively, the "App"), operated by RealAxis ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

RealAxis is an app built for brokers, providing tools including but not limited to lead management, invoice generation, and billing tracking. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@realaxis.in of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Upload or enter false, misleading, or fraudulent data, including fraudulent invoices or billing records.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other accounts, or our systems.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App to harass, defraud, or harm any third party.

4. Your Content & Data

You retain ownership of the lead, client, invoice, and billing data you enter into the App ("Your Content"). You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of Your Content, and for having the necessary rights to enter and process any third-party data (such as client information) within the App. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process Your Content solely to provide and improve the App's services.

5. Fees & Billing

Certain features of the App may require payment of fees. Where applicable, fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be presented to you within the App at the time of purchase or subscription. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, branding, features, and underlying software, is owned by RealAxis and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license to use the App as intended, no rights are granted to you in our intellectual property.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. RealAxis is a tool to help manage your business information; it is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or accounting advice, and you remain responsible for the accuracy of any invoices, billing, or records you generate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealAxis and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RealAxis, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
